1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your use of ListingFlow, an independent software service operated from Pakistan. “ListingFlow,” “we,” and “us” refer to Lutith Luxenfla. Our support email is teamlisitngflow@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ListingFlow for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and notify us through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized access. One person may not use invitations or trials to create repeated free-access accounts.
3. Access plans
A pilot grant provides access for the exact period shown in your account and does not renew or require a payment card. Planned prices are Free at $0, Starter at $10 monthly or $100 yearly, and Pro at $20 monthly or $200 yearly, in USD. Paid checkout is not open during controlled beta. When enabled, a subscription renews monthly or annually according to the billing period you select until canceled. An annual plan is charged in one payment for the full year, not in monthly installments. The included annual discount is two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. Taxes and merchant-of-record information will be displayed before payment. A verified account alone does not guarantee workspace access.
4. Acceptable use
Use ListingFlow only for lawful work you have the right to create, upload, analyze, or list. Do not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; misrepresent products; scrape or disrupt services unlawfully; bypass quotas or access controls; introduce malware; share access tokens; or use ListingFlow to automate prohibited marketplace activity. You remain responsible for your Etsy listings, disclosures, files, customer promises, and compliance.
5. Your content and workspace
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You give us a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for keeping source files and independent backups. ListingFlow’s export may include records and asset metadata without embedding every original file or third-party secret.
6. Third-party services
Etsy, Google Drive, payment providers, and other connected services have separate terms and availability. The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. ListingFlow is also independent of Google. You authorize only the actions shown during connection. ListingFlow creates Etsy drafts only after an explicit action and does not promise marketplace approval, ranking, sales, or uninterrupted third-party access.
7. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid access, when enabled, follows the price, renewal date, and cancellation method shown at checkout and in the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds, withdrawal rights, defects, and unauthorized transactions are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.
Plan limits and included software
Free access, when activated, provides a basic shop overview, a Growth Toolkit preview, editor access, and three saved mockup images and up to three new artwork batches per UTC calendar month, with up to three saved scene photos, 1500 px Free output, and 4 MB upload limits. Re-downloading a saved image does not consume another slot; new saved image versions do. Paid limits are disclosed before checkout. Bulk Listing Flow and scoped workspace connector tools require Pro. Subscriptions provide access to ListingFlow software only; they do not include consulting, advisory work, or generated creative content. You may not bypass plan restrictions, share access credentials, or use multiple accounts to evade limits.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for security threats, fraud, non-payment, legal requirements, material breaches, or risk to other customers. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it. You may stop using the service, cancel a subscription, export available data, or request account deletion.
9. Service changes and disclaimers
The service may change as integrations, marketplace rules, and beta features evolve. Features labelled beta, connection-dependent, or approval-gated may be unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListingFlow is provided “as is” without guarantees of sales, rankings, platform approval, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits, marketplace decisions, or loss caused by third-party services. Any aggregate contractual liability will not exceed the amount you paid for ListingFlow in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Governing terms and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
