1. Pilot access

Owner-issued pilot access does not require a payment card and ends automatically on the date shown in your account. It does not convert into a paid subscription without a separate checkout and clear consent.

2. Monthly and annual subscriptions

When billing opens, the checkout will show the exact price, currency, taxes, renewal interval, included access, and merchant of record before payment. Subscriptions renew on the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout until canceled. Annual subscriptions charge the full yearly amount in one payment and include two months free compared with twelve monthly charges. Cancel through the customer billing portal; cancellation prevents the next renewal and access normally continues through the paid period.

3. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Except where required by law or stated at checkout, completed billing periods are generally non-refundable. We will review duplicate or unauthorized charges, material defects, and prolonged inability to access the paid service. Consumers may have non-waivable withdrawal or refund rights, including a 14-day right for some EU or UK digital-service transactions. Any consent to immediate digital performance and effect on withdrawal rights must be shown at checkout.

4. Requesting help

Use the contact form and choose “Billing” or “Refund.” Include the account email, transaction reference, date, and reason, but never send full card details. If a merchant of record processes the purchase, your receipt and billing portal will also provide its cancellation and refund support path.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
